Great reformer for the price, easy to a Move around but wish they had better instructions on the bands and springs and how to use them
I am enjoying my new reformer due to the ease of use.
The customer service is by far the worse. Do not ourchase this product if have any issue abd expect to receive any support. You won't. Not a single response. It should be illegal to sale you things like this at this pricepoint and poorly manage the service after. 0/10.
