Nice and easy to assemble!

This gazebo is solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble, gotta have a bit of initiative. Instructions has no words but pictures. It arrived with no damage and everything is there. It required a little bit of modification but overall it's a nice looking gazebo.

As advertised, solid, stable shelter. Took two ladies, two ladders and a day to organize and set up. After watching vidoes and reading reviews we took the time to be hyper organized before we started which made it straight forward to progress step by step. There were two small items omitted from the instructions but after all the prep we noticed in time so there was no unduing, reduing required. Overall a nice addition to my yard.

Impressive engineering - excellent directions It took us most of the day to put this gazebo together, but it is very sturdy and looks great! I really liked that there was a few extra parts of each size (bolts and nuts) just in case one was lost or wasn't working right. You definitely need a few people to put it together. I believe it was definitely worth the price we paid for it.

Our Genova hardtop Gazebo was delivevered to us within 3 business days of ordering. All parts (including extra bolts) were included and the instructions were clear and easy-to-follow. My son-in-law and I were able to put it together easily and it looks like it'll last for a long while. I was even able to finance for 0% for 3 months through Afiirm.

Great product, came missing a piece and had a roof panel that was damaged. Hayneedle made it right. Went together fairly easy, took about 4 hours. Directions are pretty straight forward. Bolted it down through th concrete by our pool and had 60mph winds last week and it stood the test, no damage at all. Roof is water tight and doesn't leak.

I would recommend this Gazebo over the others that are similar because this one has a metal roof and not the polycarbonate. The polycarbonate roofs are cheap and damage easily according to other reviews I've read. My only complaint is that it is very hard to assemble. It took me 3 days. Many of the screw holes didn't line up well which led to some frustrating situations. Eventually, I got it to work but it required a lot of unnecessary labor. The instructions were good but could have been better. The manufacturer did a good job of packaging and labeling the hardware as well as including extras just in case of damage or loss. That was nice. The roof was by far the hardest part. The instructions needed to be better when it came to that section. I would recommend an instructional video.

The assembly instructions with this are terrible. The beginning part wasn't hard to understand but the roof assembly was very complex and step-by-step would've been helpful and probably would've saved us a lot of time. Also, many places the holes weren't lined up and we had to drill our own. Definitely need at least 2 people but 3 people in some parts. Took us a total of about 16 hours with 2 people. Parts are packaged and labeled good and finished product looks very nice.

We ordered this to cover a portion of our patio for shelter from rain and to provide some shade during the day. It looks very nice once fully assembled, but the dimensions were smaller than advertised. The shelter itself from outside edge to outside edge is approx. 11' x 9' and from post to post is only 8' x 10'. Had the add and description been accurate we would have most likely ordered the next size up. It does look very nice and seems to keep the water out when it rains. We like the mosquito netting and also ordered the privacy curtains which look like they'll do a decent job if we need to close off a side or two. Other than the smaller than advertised size we do like the look and end result. The main negative after the size is putting it together. A friend of mine and I were able to follow the instructions and moved right along in the assembly until we got to putting the roof panels in place. It is very time consuming and will most likely not line up without a lot of manipulation, force, and swearing. The ends of the screws you must use to fasten the roof to the frame break very easily. It is mainly for cosmetic purposes so it is not a huge deal at the end of the day, but getting everything to line up with the foot when you are screwing the roof to the frame can be difficult. Overall it seems very sturdy once assembled and it can be anchored to whatever surface you are putting it on. We have a fire pit table underneath along with a couple sofas and a chair and I have already found myself spending more time outside than i used to. I gave this a 3 star because of the smaller than advertised size and difficult design flaw with the roof going together, but it still looks nice and seems sturdy so far.

The metal used on this is too flimsy and the screws ripped out through the metal on all of the posts and support brackets causing the gazebo to collapse. The manufacturer would not assist with anything as the warranty is only one year and does not cover wind or storm damage. If you are buying this I would highly recommend modifying all of the screw points to provide more reinforcement, as the manufacturer should have included in the design.
