These bagels are pricey for only 4 pcs, but the macros are really good with 29grams of fiber! And 14grams of protein at only 110 calories !

My favorite bagels!!! These are so good! The perfect softness and sweetness. I eat mine with whipped cream cheese. It's my favorite breakfast. The calories to protein ratio is amazing!

I look forward to breakfast every morning to the delicious taste of Sola Bread Blu-Berry Bagels. The texture is soft and chewable and easy to swallow and easy to digest. I like to put cream cheese, butter and peanut butter on it….I also love jam on it.!!!

Though the program I'm on to lose weight counts the total carbs versus the net carbs like Keto diets, , it is still full of fiber and protein. Real impressed with getting a full day's fiber in one bagel. I've tasted some Keto bagels that were awful. These taste like the real deal. Very filling but must take a gas pill or beano until your body adjusts to all that fiber if not eating that much a day. I didn't have too much digestive upset but enough to notice. I think they are a bit pricey but for the amount of protein and fiber I was willing to buy it. I freeze them and pull out one the morning I plan to eat it so the whole bag won't spoil. Just put it in a freezer bag.

These are a fantastic option for getting protein macros in a great satisfying taste. The calories and carbs are much less than a normal bagel also. i just wish they were easier to get our hands on. We buy and freeze when we find. Ive tried other low calorie/carb bagels that also have more protein but the taste doesn't compare .

Sola bagels are the perfect breakfast or snack. They taste best toasted and are amazing with either butter or cream cheese. This blueberry version is a favorite at our house but the cinnamon raisins version is also delicious. It's hard to tell these are low carb.

Finally, a keto friendly bagel!!! I love bagels but have avoided them as they are high in carbs. I LOVE these! They are delicious and satisfying. Only 4 net carbs! Lots of dietary fiber 29 grams and NO ADDED SUGAR. I love them toasted with no sugar peanut butter. Thank you Sola, you have made me very happy. Keep up the good work!

I love the Sola Bagels. The blueberry is my favorite. They toast great but are also fine untoasted. My only recent issue is the price. Walmart raised their prices and it's just no longer worth it. I feel like they are overpriced compared to other brands. You only get four per bag. So that's a $1.74 before tax. I can get the nutrition without the cost going with blueberries and yogurt for way more protein.

I cannot believe these are rated so highly. Could not even choke it down. I wanted to since they were so expensive. Was so excited but the texture was weird and spongy (not in a good way) and the flavor was TERRIBLE. Tasted like medicine to me. I was so excited for the hope of a healthier bagel option but this is NOT it!
