After reading the reviews, i was worried about the taste. That said, im glad i tried them anyways. They are DELICIOUS toasted with smoked salmon cream cheese. Even though you only get 4 per pack, i still gave it 5 stars because its still cheaper and healtheir than going to dunkin. i definitely recommend these...

most of the negative reviews seem like people don't understand that these are high protein keto bagels. of course they are not going to taste the same as a regular full carb full fat bagel. but I toasted it in the air fryer for about 6 minutes and added cream cheese and it was really good! not toasted they are a bit of an interesting texture just keep in mind you're trying to eat healthier and probably better toasted with toppings

These are wonderful! Why do you only offer only a limited selection at your stores of Sola products? Some stores have only bread, some have bread, bagels and rolls? Have to run all over town to get all threes? These are great for those dieting. None better! Keto friendly, and if more people knew about them you could make al lot of money since no other grocery chains carry them. They have extremely long pull dates so shelf life is fantastic! Can’t tell they are diet friendly. Don’t stop carrying Sola products and bring in more variety.

I bought these online a few years ago and they were disappointing. I took a chance and ordered them again and was impressed with how much they improved. They are not a chewy restaurant bagel but they are a very good low carb sub. They’re is just the right amount of seasoning on top and they actually toast quite nicely which is unusual for low carb bread. You can tell that Sola listened to their customers and improved their product. I highly recommend now.

I genuinely cannot believe how GOOD these are!!! Most keto things in my opinion have an awful taste. These are just lovely. I have gestational diabetes, and am able to eat one of these with blueberry cream cheese without my blood sugar spiking. Absolute lifesavers as bagels are one of my favorite things to eat!

I was very excited when I came across these Keto friendly Everything bagels. I wasn't a huge bread eater before starting keto, but Everything bagels were an indulgence that I did enjoy once in a while, and I do miss them. I will say I wasn't expecting much after opening the package, because these don't smell great, and they're pretty sticky. But they toasted up nice and crisp. I ate them with some plain cream cheese, and added some Everything But The Bagel seasoning, because I didn't anticipate them tasting very much like "Everything" bagels by the appearance. I'm glad I did. These are SOOOOOO salty. I feel like the extra seasoning helped to offset a little bit of the salty taste. I'm not sure I would be able to tolerate them otherwise. There are 4 in a package, for $6.48, so they are ridiculously overpriced, as is everything special category - gluten free, plant-based, etc. This is the main factor for my lower rating.

I haven't eaten bagels in years because they are so high in carbs and I am diabetic. But with all of the fiber in these bagels, it lowers the carbs and I can again enjoy bagels. I love these bagels, especially with garlic herb butter on them; hate cream cheese on anything that isn’t a dessert, so I can’t speak on what these taste like with that. These are great for diabetics and others on some doctor-restricted diets who want a little flavor in their meal without eating too many carbs/sugars. My only complaint is that they’re only 4 in a bag; even 6 for the price would be nice.

So as a Walmart employee I’m always on the hunt for delicious, healthy substitutions for my life. Got to say the Sola bagels are now a staple in our kitchen. I love to put them in the air fryer and make them nice and crispy and then I add some butter or cream cheese.

I really just do not like the taste of this. Everything bagel I prefer the cinnamon and the blueberry. Also, I wish they would change the color of the packaging because everything bagel can get confused with the cinnamon and raisin bagel.
