They are bright economical solar lights. They all worked fine after installing them. These are LED lights and illuminates at top surface only. The support leg is short and made from two plastic pieces so not really sturdy. I had to tie a landscaping 8" long nail with the leg to make it longer leg. Definitely I would recommend someone to purchase this set.

These lights are great. Just know that you Cannot run the lawn mower over them without running the risk of tearing them up. I wanted them for along the walkway. Thought I had it low enough to the ground to mow over it since we don't mow our grass short. Wrong! It would need to be, at a minimum, flat on the ground or even part way below. Also watch out for the dog's tie out cable. I put one by the porch where I let him out and he managed to get his cable around it and popped the top off and breaking the stake. It still works, but I've put a piece of pipe on the porch side of it so when he goes bolting out the door the excess cable doesn't get wrapped around it again.

This is the second time I purchased these lights, and the first order still works well which motivated me to purchase another set. However, on this second order I purchased one of the lights stop working after 2 weeks.

I read the reviews before ordering and i am wondering how the reviews were so good. Our lights work when they want to. They are in a great location and get plenty of Sun, yet they don't always work. I would say they were fine for about 45 days and then they started acting like bad employees, working when they want to. Wish i could return. Bought them because we wanted the yard to look nice for our engagement party

Though these claim to stay lit all night… By two or three in the morning most of these are totally black. Very disappointing as we have other solar lights that will remain lit all night long

Solar lights work for about 3 hours, then lights turn off. Does not work as advertised, "lighted from sunset to dawn". All 8 of the lights stay lite for only 3 hours. This is after 12 hours charging the solar batteries in full sun light. I tried two full days in direct sunlight, and truning off the lights at night to save battery. Still lite up for only 3 hours.
