I really liked how the solar charging feature has worked excellent. The voice commands have been very responsive and it picks up voice easy, and I was impressed by the very convenient one-touch access to several streaming platforms.
I bought two. One works wonderfully, and the other the battery now is losing charge daily. Looking to return it to the manufacturer.
Remote paired perfectly with my TV. the range that it works however is very short. after about 3 months of usage it stopped working with it being plugged in.
Remote was great at first, then one day not long after I purchased it, it stopped working! Won't charge or turn on! Feel like I got jipped out of my purchase. :(
It will not connect to my TV, and I've followed the instructions to get it to sync. Not user-friendly at all.
The remote doesn't work like the original remote to the TV. You pretty much have to have it pointed directly at the TV from the front in order for it to work. Very disappointed.
DO NOT BUY THIS! I couldn't get my voice command, and it DOES NOT hold a charge for long. I need to charge it nightly in order to use it unplugged during the day.
It quit working properly. it would not recharge by being and light and when I recharged it it would only stay charged for one day. it is definitely not what it was supposed to be and it's definitely not worth the money or the time to get it to your home. I had to revert back to the original one that does not have the talk or solar charge feature on it. I should get my money back for it because it was a waste of money
Terrible product. The connection between the remote and the TV lagged. The buttons are hard to press and on top of everything the remote crapped out on me after a month. It will not charge. Highly do not recommend.
Stopped working after 3 weeks. Not the same as the original Samsung remote. Much lighter and made of cheaper materials. Does not work as far away as the original either.
