I take 1 a day usually in the morning, and sometimes before my workouts or physical activity. It's good for the mitochondria so I feel like this is a good stack with other supporting supplements. I'm going to ask my doctor their opinion on this before ordering more but I feel like it does provide subtle energy. Quality is good, wish they wouldn't use silica as an ingredient though as it's an unnecessary filler.
