My husband takes this with other supplements daily for years and presumes it is beneficial.

Increases dopamine level by inhibiting MAO, improves sleep and slows down glucose release into blood after meal.

I take Avena Sativa as a nootropic. Should be noted this extract is from the stem, while some is from the leaf, research is unclear if one is better than the other so would be nice if it was both. Refer to PMID: 26618715, this study showed that 800mg of green-oats extract increased the speed of performance across post-dose assessments on a global measure including data from all of the timed tasks. It also improved performance of a delayed word recall task in terms of errors and an executive function task in terms of decreased thinking time and overall completion time. Working memory span was also increased, but only on the second occasion that this dose was taken. These results imply acute cognitive effects of avena sativa seen in previous research, and suggest that the optimal dose lies at or below 800 mg.

The ingredients are great quality. I like that it uses veg capsule too!

First off, the delivery and packaging for this supplement was excellent. The quality of the ingredients fits right into my vegan diet. I've noticed an improvement on my ability to focus and not forget things.

I'm glad someone told me about this product. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I sleep more soundly and throughout the night. That has improved. I take 1 in the morning and I try one at night but I fall asleep too fast and forget to take it.

I was looking for a reasonably priced product based on wild oats extract. It is effective. I take 1 capsule at the morning and it helps clear my brain and to improve the access to the memory. The price is excellent. I've tried other products in the category, some of them are slightly more effective (like dopa mind) but much more expensive, so I'm continuing with this one, and I'm pleased with it.

Started taking this for CFS/ME. Have been taking it for 8 weeks but don't notice it making any difference.
