Very satisfied
I have Raynaud's and wanted to see if this product would help with circulation to my feet and am very pleased with the results. I was having some pain in my toes which was thought to be related to Raynaud's and the pain is gone! My feet are warmer also.

Wonderful
This stuff is great but a little powerful for me, it definately gives a lot of energy. I actually break open the capsule and use just a pinch, otherwise I get a headache/headrush type feeling. But with a smaller amount it is awesome! No side effects, steady energy throughout the day, and am able to sleep at night (as long as I take it in the morning). I've actually started working out more and can get all of my chores done without dreading them.
