Solaray has mastered thier product, this is the only Black Cohosh that has worked for me. It not only helps with the symtoms, it makes them completely disappear. I have been taking 4 capsules a day; 2 in the morning after breakfast and 2 at about 6pm. Some times I forget to take it because I feel like I'm living life like before menopause. It is okay to skip a bit once you have taken Black Cohosh for a while, although without it, you will be quickly reminded you are in fact menapausal. I bought this to help with "hot flashes." Now I find out I need to take it for a least a month to see a difference, but reports say I shouldn't take it for more than 6 months. In addition, it made me tired, so I have discontinued it for the time being. Not sure if I will try it again.
