The price has steadily climbed over the years but this is the best formulation of vitamin C on iHerb so I continue to buy. The bioflavinoids are added in addition to the manufactured vitamin C. Do read the back carefully as for some time I used to think I was getting 1000mg per tablet but often with Solaray, the dose written on the front is for two tablets. A bit cheeky but I imagine this is totally legal. Wait to buy this on 20% discount at least. No taste and no stomach issues for me but you might get stomach discomfort. Perhaps start off with one per day.

A good quality, affordable option. I started taking it to help heal one issue I have — I believe it is also greatly boosting my immune system as I have been taking it while a cold goes around my house, and so far I have been unaffected. Really pleased.

Best combo of vitamin C and supportive bioflavonoids. Good dosage, size veggie caps. Because Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, it needs to be taken more than once a day. I've used these 1:1 capsules for years because they have Veggie caps, are small, and just the right amount of both C and Bioflavonoids to take one 500mg capsule with each meal. The bioflavonoids help to make the Vitamin C work better! Why buy extra bottles of Bioflavonoids when you get and equal amount of each supplement in every capsule for one reasonable price. I haven't been sick for years! Also avoided pandemic for a year and a month before getting fully vaccinated.

I also like the fact that the product contains hardly any additives. The capsule shell consists only of Vegetable cellulose capsule, cellulose and magnesium stearate. It would be even better if magnesium stearate were omitted.

It's hard to judge the quality of vitamins, since there's no easy way to tell if they're doing what they claim to be doing. But I have not had any adverse effects from taking these, and have not gotten sick while taking these (could be affected by a variety of factors, and they were well priced.

I am very glad that I ordered this vitamin C for a small price. The ingredients are great. Nariada with Vitamin C has a bioflavanoid rich composition that works great with vitamin C. This fact is very important for strengthening the immune system.The antioxidant effect also increases. The capsules are rather large , but easy to swallow. I think that I ordered an effective and high-quality product.
