Positively relaxing
After years of drinking Chamomile tea I thought I would try a more conveinent method, plus it is stronger. I purchased Solaray brand Chamomile as this is a supplement company I trust. I do find that I am sleeping more soundly with the addition of Chamomile. I have tried other Solaray products and can recommend them as a trustworthy company.

I have trouble sleeping. Took one capsule at night and slept ok thru q night but felt too groggy the entire next day . dosage must be too strong for me.
