Good quality Natural Vitamin E tocopherols 165mg, I would highly recommend it.

Nice
I personally like solaray for their good quality ingredients and their dosage. The capsules size aren't huge horse pills and have no taste. Packaging has an easy access lid. I take vitamin e as someone with a menstrual cycle to reduce the effect of cramping pms. I feel when I'm consistent, the symptoms are reduced.

Great product. The pills are a little too big to swallow. I open them up and mix the powder with water. The taste is neutral. The powder is very fine, so do not inhale.

Vey happy that iherb finally got this Dry E to sell. It is really clean and doesn't upset my gut like oil E caps do

Quality product
I purchase this product to add into a mixture of other powdered Vitamins to assist in immune health. The product has no adverse taste and the capsule size is small. Ingredient seems good as well!

Excellent!
Tablets very easy to swallow. I use the prearat because due to a bowel disease I have poor absorption of nutrients, and this preparation supports my body and skin. It seems to me that since I have been using it my complexion has improved
