Solaray products are excellent. Vitamin E products aren't all equal. Be sure to get one that obtains mixed tocopherols. I take as a way to boost my immune system and care for my skin and eyes. I also recommend taking in the evening with food as it's likely more effective then. I will buy this again once it runs out.

I have been taking this since years. Earlier I used to take Solgar however since Solgar bottles are made of glass, many a times they would break during shipping, so I switched to Solaray. Vit E is a great antioxidant for skin health.

So far i have not observed any negative side effects, though i cant seem to see obvious positive results as well so ill stick with it being just okay. package is secured along with other meds, thanks iherb.

I've bought several Solgar products over the years but stopped taking Vitimin E in general since I did not see continued use as a benefit for me. A personal decision.
