Definitely help with the hot flashes of menepause. I didn't realize it until 2 weeks of taking it as directed. I was looking for a natural solution and this was it! Bottle said to take to 2 vegCaps three times a day with a meal or water. I only took one pill at night and one pin the morning. That night I decided to skip it.The following morning ,I took one pill(the 3rd one)and did not like how it made me feel. First time I almost lost my balance. The other two times It made me feel space out and jittery even with eating a meal, so I stopped taking them.

Several weeks ago I started having intermittent heartburn that progressed into chest pain and heart palpitations. It got so bad that I went to the doctor, thinking I might be on the verge of a heart attack. So they checked my heart and said everything looked fine. No indicators of a heart attack. But I had to take all my supplements there, and in the way home, I realized it had all stayed about the same time as I had started taking this supplement. So I stopped taking it for the next week and everything went away. So I thought, maybe I'll only take it for the day right before my cycle stays, since that's when my symptoms are bad... And then I started my cycle early and went ahead and took a pill and the heartburn and palpitations and such so came back. So I stopped again. And, since I had been taking St. John's Wort with the supplement, I tried it without that, just to be sure which one it might be. And it's definitely this one! So be forewarned! Not sure which ingredient is the problem or if it's a combination of ingredients, or if the ingredients are contaminated or what, but I won't be trusting this brand moving forward.
