Higher Bioavailabilty
I brought this as part of a stack for my girlfriend to aid in her vitality as part of a stack along with maca, lion's mane. Fermented ginseng has higher bioavailability which is why I chose this brand. I usually empty the capsule content into the mix as I do not like plastic container to be in touch with the supplements.

I found this brand and the fermentation worked better than several others tried. The dosage is effective and provides protection for skin as well as additional energy and focus.
