Love this green tea supplement. Solaray supplements contain quality ingredients. I have been taking one capsule daily to help reduce my skin's sebum production.

Great quality, love this company, does what it needs to do, arrive on time. A bit expensive, but green tea extract is concentrated, and I only use it here and there.

I learned that green tea has health benefits including the potential to shrink fibroids so I started taking it to see if it would help. The ingredients seem good, I just have to be careful that I pick the right formula and read the package carefully when I reorder since one of them has a Prop 65 warning, but this one does not.

At first, this made me feel very dizzy but it did lower my androgens. After two weeks, I wasn't dizzy anymore. It really helps to take it at least 2 hours after your coffee. It has helped with my hirsutism. The pill is of a medium size and easy to swallow. Edit 3 months: It helped with my acne (no more pimples) and I have new hair growing. still, I have to stop it because it is stopping me from getting my periods. i might restart later by splitting the capsule, I think that the dose is too strong.

Great quality, effective dosage for optimal benefits for once per day use however as I like to take a lower dose twice daily I will return to the Paradise Herbs blend. The value here for the quality is reasonable, however not quite as great of a value as I am accustomed to, and especially as it's not the composition I need. Still a great product from a consistently great brand, would recommend.

I read reviews and some people had warned that green tea extract could keep you awake. I chose this product because I've purchased other things from them before. I know it's a high quality brand. I had anticipated that this may keep me from falling asleep so I've been taking it in the morning. I've only been using it for a short period of time but it seems to be working. I highly recommend taking this in the morning.
