I have suffered for years with allergies and this year has been by far the WORST I have had to deal with. My wife found this and we gave it a try, and it is working so I ordered more. Now you will need to use this about 3 days for it to build up in your system. You MUST take it every day as it is natural so its as strong as over the counter stuff. However you do not have any said effects or danger from taking it long term.
My doctor recommended that when my allergies got really bad I could take both Zyrtec and Benedryl at once. I was still pretty bothered by allergies so I instead tried the Zyrtec with Solaray Histamine Blend, which completely eliminated my symptoms. Good to know I have an alternative.
Website for product states 2 pills twice daily. I did not see this recommendation on the actual product. The actual product label merely says serving size 2 pills. I've just started taking them this month so I am taking one pill twice a day. sinus congestion is a bit less. my allergies have calmed down 85% I would say. And for some reason, these pills help me feel relaxed.🤷♀️ I am so happy the itching is gone from seasonal allergies.
It alleviated my severe histamine allergy, it really works better than anything I have tried so far and for the past 35 years. I am totally flabbergasted with this product.
