I've been taking jiaogulan for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a slight improvement in my mood and sleep quality. I'm not sure if it's the jiaogulan or something else, but I'm going to keep taking it for a few more weeks to see if I notice any more benefits.

I take jiaogulan because it is supposed to be a very powerful anti-aging herb. It's hard to say if this supplement is actually doing that for me, but I imagine it's a long-term benefit, so I will keep taking it. I haven't noticed anything positive or negative from taking it (I take one pill per day in the evening).

Hard to tell with this one. The research seems very promising, however, the sourcing of this herb is the concern. It is hard to find. I have had good experiences with Soloray over the past 20 years.
