I ordered this because it doesn't contain magnesium stearate and so far, I don't see any difference, but I don't think there are any negatives. I may need to try more than one bottle to see results. We finished the bottle, and I would say it's possible I felt slightly worse overall while taking this. I also felt bloated. I'm not sure if this may have been a detox reaction so maybe taking a binder would be a good idea.
