I always order this in vegicaps. I got tablets this time. I'd like to return the tablets and get the vegicaps. I love Solaray products!!!
I use this product daily.I would recommend this to anyone! It is effective and as strong as the NOW brand with the same strength and not nearly as huge! The NOW brand tabs are huge and hopefully you don't need to take more than one!
Part of my daily diet as I'm a senior & probably my L-Lysine reserves were low so started taking 1000mg. In the morning & 1000mg before bedtime which has really helped my immune system
