It raised my blood pressure for the first two days, then it was ok. i take it at night, cause i am afraid it will mess my blood pressure for the entire day if i take it in the morning regarding the benefits, I'm not sure i feel any. the quality seems ok, ingredients are listed, size is fine, the packaging is good, it was delivered pretty quickly.
