Although this product performs very well as needed to metabolise excess oestrogen. It is a very high dose and it lowers potassium levels I had severely stiff hands. I was holding extreme amounts of excess water and having extreme kidney spasms and painful kidneys for nearly a year. Decreased urine output & mass formation of kidney stones Until I came to learn that excess licorice was causing this negative impact on my potassium levels And I was only taking 1 pill, if I had taken the recommended 2 I'd be dead
