Great Multi Vitamin
I've been taking these for several years. There have been times when I've run out and noticed that I did have less energy when I didn't take them. Definitely recommend.

Best Multi coverage
I have always liked this Brand and their Multi Energy pill offers the most bang for the buck. The percentage and ratio is right on. Plus I love that it does not have iron in it as I do not need excess iron as can over do it. It is a capsule, so easy to swallow.

Highly recommend
I have been taking this multi vitamin supplement for years and love it. For men, it is ideal because it is iron free and men do not need additional iron as a general rule and it can even cause problems as we age. This supplement is balanced and complete in every way. As an added bonus, it is easy to swallow and never repeats.

Taking a half dose and getting benefit
I got this becuase I didn't want to be mega dosing on vitamins. I have 1 capsule or half a capsule in my smoothie for extra vitamins. I get more energy on the days I take it.
