Solaray provides quality supplements. If you are looking for an okra that "binds" you need the gelling effect from what I have understood in doing the research. The okra extract in this capsule does not form a gel (different manufacturing process for extracts). Solaray also makes an okra fiber in powdered form that does gel in water and contains the whole okra plant. If you are looking to bind mycotoxins, or other things in the gut, check out that product instead.

I don't react very good on the herb, maybe because it's high in oxalates? I don't know but this is only for me the case. Solaray is definetely an amazing brand with so many herb capsules and mixes.

Fresh Okra are good for you but most of the time is not readily available, so I decided to try the supplement, at this time I can't really give a full recommendation until I finish a whole bottle. So wait for the part 2 of this review.
