I love these vitamins. They make me feel great, that tired feeling gone and I can get so much done. Only thing is the capsule opens with shipping and you loose some pills but I just love this product.

Safety seal missing
I cannot vouch for the quality of the product, only the packaging since I saw the safety seal was completely torn off the first time I opened the cap. Obviously I did not take any of the vitamins. Very disappointing.

One pill contains over 800% of vitamin A. Vitamin A does not flush out the extra from the body like vitamin C and others. An OVERDOSE of Vitamin A causes bone loss, liver damage and several other bad problems. Daily recommended dose of Vitamin A is around 700 to 900 mcg. This has "7500" mcg!!!!!!!! Waste of my money :(
