I have been taking postmenopause for about 2. 5 months and have seen real improvement in my gut health, weightloss and moodswings. I highly reommend this product!
I have been taking Menopause for two weeks, and it has helped tremendously with hot flashes. I'm so happy I bought it at the Vitamin store. I have immediate results, and the quiz on the website says I should be taking Postmenopause. I will update you after I order it.

I forget to take certain peripheral vitamins, sometimes. Then, when I get a hot-flash it reminds me to take this postmenopausal support, and they go away until i forget again. Ironically, it also seems to help with memory and energy.
It really works, I sleep very good and soundly.
I have tried other hormone products in the past but this one cuts down on the hot flashes and helps me sleep at night. I would recommend this To other women that have a problem with night sweats, hot flashes and sleeping.
I've only had it3 days but I notice I'm sleeping better
