this is supposed to help with blood pressure and blood sugar. I don't have high blood pressure but i've taken this type of supplement when i did have high blood pressure and i've improved.

There's some powder inside the bottle and coating the pills, which gives a bitter taste when you take them. Other than that, great product. Affordable and effective.

I bought this for my husband who suffers from insomnia. Since he's been taking this product (only one capsule in the morning) he has had a few better nights but not consistent - pretty much like most other herbal remedies that work for insomnia some nights but not others. To be fair, he hasn't tried increasing the dose, which might help.
