A Dose A Day Keeps Inflammation Away
SOLARAY makes the best Turmeric supplement in capsule form. It assists in staving off inflammation due to gout, arthritis, and tenosynovitis. Since adding this to SOLARAY's Tart Cherry capsules, my attacks and flare-ups have diminished and been less painful when they do occur. I would recommend this to anyone with inflammation disorders.

Turmeric One Daily by Solaray
After reading about the anti inflammatory properties of turmeric I started taking this product. Its all natural and easy to take in a capsule since I'm not a big turmeric eater. I have been taking the product several months now and my lowerback pain has been eleviated to some degree. I no longer seem to have the spasms and knotting in my lower back that were the constant reminder of my herniated L4 L5 disk. I take other natural anti inflammatories as well incombination with this product. I also do massage therapy to keep those muscles loose in my lower back. Anything to avoid the surgeons knife and I think this product has helped.
