Too soon to tell...
Just started taking this, so I haven't been able to tell a difference yet. It's a bit costly, so I'm hoping it's a game changer for me. Solaray is an awesome brand, so I expect the best.

Works!!
I bought this because I have a nail that splits from the tip down. When nothing else worked, this did and my nails grow strong and long. Did the same for my dad and daughter with same problem. Totally recommend it!

Might have something here.
I've been using this for a limited amount, but I have noticed my skin has a better texture, and I need less and less moisturizing. Seems to be a good addition to my regimen. I guess time will tell.
