I'm hopeful
it hasn't helped me yet but im going to give it time. the package did arrive early and was undamaged so thats a plus. i will be buying this again and keeping it apart of mt daily vitamen regimen. it has no tase or smell and it didn't upest my stomach at all.

still on the fence
i peed a lot and i would say it reduced peeing but not enough to my liking. I use to pee about 8 times a day and it reduced it to about 5 times a day.
