I've tried many different herbs but nothing compares to the overall improvement in physical and mental well-being that shatavari gives and Solaray's extract of it is potent, I estimate about 4:1 to another brand of shatavari powder I take. I take 2 a day and it greatly improves my sleep, energy, strength and mood. I'm less anxious and more focused and it helps me work harder and longer and build muscle faster. The effects aren't immediate but gradually build up and last throughout the whole day with lingering benefits that last for a few days. It can also give an aphrodisiac effect when I take 4-6. It's more expensive than buying powder in bulk but worth it on days I just want to pop a few capsules and go.
