I a while ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and I was reading about supplements that help balance the hormones and this came up so I purchased this product with a bunch of other different ones and I do recommend it but I want to say that I recommend first that you go to a Naturopath or doctor that can lead you into which you need and which you don't and also sometimes what you need is a change of diet that's anti-inflammatory, that was my case so I use these products, but I also changed my eating habits and I did see the change in my energy and all in all health and again it could be due to this or altogether. I did purchase a bunch of supplements but my naturopath kind of told me which ones were good and which ones not so I think she just simplified it for me I did like the quality of the products the dosage is on the back and I think it's a pretty good size. (I recommend researching this) regular packaging , plastic bottle. It's supposed to help with inflammation. Not much taste.

I had to stop taking DHEA due to excessive estrogen and enlarged prostate, so i have been looking for alternate ways to boost my testosterone. Tribulus and ashwagandha seem to really be helping. My energy has improved with these supplements, and i trust the quality of the solaray brand. I like the capsule form too.

I love this tribulus! Great quality and one of my favourite suppiments. I feel a big benefit in my energy and an improvement in my focus and concentration. For me, did not create raging drives, which I do not care for, when used as directed. The irony is, that this is considered a noxious weed in many areas. I think it is just a good gift from the Creator. Keep your head on straight and take care of yourself.

My father suffered from heavy fatigue lately, he really felt a huge difference after taking his first Tribulus caps. There is many herbal adaptogenes that gives good results but Tribulus is definitely one of the best.

An old school percentage of saponins from the past. Glad to see a lower percentage for a more general therapeutic.
