I notice a few winters ago, that this product was keeping me from falling sick, so always keep it in stock. I love the combo vit C for the immune system, and echinacea. During the summer I take more the Solaray Vit C only, for adrenal fatigue, and switch to the Echinacea one in Winter when I tend to get sicker.

This made my skin lighter. I didn't like the smell at first but in the long run it didn't affect me anymore. This vitamin was so hard to get since it gets sold out immediately. I bought 4 all at once and I used up most of it. I didn't feel any side effects aside from a faster digestive system after taking medicines.

I've read that Echinacea can reduce inflammation in the body, lower blood sugar, and boost the immune system's defenses. Thus, together with vitamin C, it is quite a good pairing. Good quality and ingredients, packaging is okay, can really feel the benefits

I don't take every day but certainly when I feel I am going to need an immunity boost on busy days of hanging near lots of people or kids. Have been using it for almost a year.

The size of the capsule is a bit big, but it is within swallowable range. Combination of vitamin C and echinacea promise immunity, which I believe that quality exists in this product. There is no notable side effect of acidity.
