In terms of quality, Solaray maintains a strong reputation, and their Vitamin K2 supplement lives up to their standards. This is a product that I buy regularly because of its proven benefits and visible results. The dosage is optimal, the packaging ensures the quality of the ingredients and it can always be found at a good price on iHerb. I sincerely recommend this product to everyone.
I'm so impressed with I-Herb. The price of the product was considerably less than I'd pay at my neighborhood health store. I was given 15% discount and free shipping. The order shipped immediately and arrived via UPS in two days. I fully expected to find styrofoam packing peanuts when I opened the box and was over the top to discover an ingenious sleeve of paper packing the order. An excellent experience, start to finish!
I just need a low dose of vitamin K because my diet is quite healthy and balance with lots of kale already. K2 supports bone density. Whenever it comes to bone healthy, people only think of Canxi supplement. But in addition to Canxi, other minerals and vitamin a crucial as well (K2, D3, Mg, Zinc,...) so make sure your body are fed with a good intake.
It helps support bone formation, cardiovascular and vascular health reduce fractures and improve bone quality in people with osteoporosis - this is my problem
I love the quality, vitamin K-2 is essential, I take it along with vitamins D3, I would definitely recommend to a friend and family, this vitamin has many benefits
I've been using for a while and the quality is great. The dosage is perfect for me. Ingredients are just what I need. The benefits with D3 were what I needed
Read you need this with vitamin d if your multi doesn't have it. Tried higher dose and didn't agree with us but lower dose seems fine with this appropriate form of k.
Mq-7 is the best form of k2,. because it is available to our body much longer than mq-4, and 50 mcg is the perfect dose, so this one is a no-brainer.
I presume this product is a good buy relatively speaking based on my extensive research on this type of supplement no taste (swallow) all these types of items are somewhat pricey not to big at all capsule had to recently return some pills that were huge (horse pills lol) If you want to venture into Magnesium (good for you!) make sure you don't take a high dosage until you are sure what you are doing and also NOTE there are a bunch of types I selected Malate but there are more popular ones (I follow my own drummer) and address different health support/preventative measures So with a vitamin who can tell if they work or not BUT it is easier to tell I think with mineral supplements as there would be a marked difference in your bodily reactions...NOTE some types of Mag. are easier on the stomach and also research which vitamins or foods to avoid using it with and also how it may interact with if you take any medications... JUST DO THE RESEARCH...good luck
