The item was very easy to order. the website gave a great description of the item. that delivery time at this time of year was amazing. I like that the driver takes pictures of where they leave our items. The price for the quality is unbelievable . I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who was looking for a soildering gun....

Heats up fast. I use it for crafting and projects around the house. The extra tips are a plus. Ala in all, it's a great kit for the price and I recommend it.

its a decently good product for the price, it works well and is nasicakly exactly whats showed, just less solder and thensoldersnin a different tube but other then that its a good and recommended product

absolutely no instructions includednon how to load it or use it. if you're unfamiliar with soldering irons, this could be a problem. also, no tips on where to get accessories, replacement parts, etc. item came with absolutely no information about any aspect of it.

I have had alot of crappy soldering irions, but this one takes the cake....It got hot enuff to melt solder for about 30 seconds, then NEVER again.

I can't use it because the tip is fused that made it stuck to its connector. It is not removable. They send a tutorial link that is not working. Instead, we need to research on our own but still failed to remove the tip. We just bought a new one.
