Solgar B-Complex "50" Vegetable Capsules - 100 ct

I have used this particular brand for over 20 years because of its purity and high quality. No stomach upset like many B complex supplements, and my blood sugar levels remain stabilized throughout the day

I like that this bottle is sturdily packaged when new. The capsules do very well for me, and I've always liked Solgar B-complex. The quality of the product overall, is very high. I also like ordering them from Walmart, as the ordering process is straightforward. I also like the shipping options, and it didn't take long from when I placed the order, to when I received it.

Appears to be the real thing, helps me get my B vitamins.

My doctor recommended this brand. I notice a difference in my memory if I stop taking b complex.

I began taking these after I read an article that explained that taking vitamin B multiple before bedtime may help me remember my dreams and for me I found it to be true. There were times when I didn't take it for months at a time and I noticed that I didn't remember as much when I woke up so I flip-flop back-and-forth Between taking it and not taking it-quite a few times each time I took it I had a better memory of what I dreamt.

I have always wanted to try Solgar vitamins but they were always too expensive in stores. I found Swanson’s had the best prices on these excellent vitamins. Solgar is the only company that I know of that uses glass bottles for their vitamins. After 2 weeks of taking these I had an increase in energy.

I bought this one year ago i have been taking. It is wonderful easy to absorb and digest. I highly reccomend!!

Have been using Solgars B-Complex 50 for awhile now and its working great. I like the fact that it comes in a glass container instead of plastic. Will buy again.
