Solgar BCAA Plus Capsules, 100 Ct

This is the best bcaa I have ever had. I've tried to use the powdered brands and they all gave me reflux and made my stomach feel so uncomfortable. This one is very light on my stomach and makes me feel a lot more energetic during the day. Less fatigued.

I have been using this for over a month now and even though I did some research on the expected results from taking BCAAs, I was surprised that it was true. The first major benefit I have noticed is a reduction in cravings and appetite in general when taking in between meals. The second is ability during work outs to work much harder for much longer without fatigue. The third major benefit is not being anywhere nearly a sore as I should be after the weight training that I am doing. I will continue to use this product and will possibly review again later for my long term results...but I will definitely recommend this product, and already have been.

I take several capsules before or after exercise. I assume the BCAA's are doing what they are intended to do, but I don't have any proof. I would like to think that they are working as intended. I trust the Manufacturer and the other reviews.

A great source of BCAA. it is in the raw form of BCAA with no flavors added, so the taste is not that good but it's in capsules that isolates the taste so it's easy to swallow.
