It really helped.
I bought it for my daughter to help her produce more milk. It really helped her the second day of use. I would recommend this product to anyone. I would highly recommend this, for women that are breastfeeding to produce more milk.

If you're breastfeeding this does increase your milk supply. i was kinda spectacle about it but 3 days adding it to my smoothies and I already have more ounces in my milk bank. taste kinda weird but of you mix it up in the smoothie with a bit of oats, vanilla extract and honey. you won't notice it's there TRUST ME!
