Very happy for price/absorbability/initial result
I bought this and a liquid chelated copper nano style for comparison. I've had no issues absorbing this one (which is cheaper than liquid obv). I bought copper to partner with diatomaceous earth food grade supplementation. I have been using about 2 weeks and the first pill I did have loose stools the first time, to be expected with any new high density nutrient addition. I hve not taken more than 2 pills or 1T of the copper per day yet but the bod is acclimated now so I will continue to up the amount to what feels correct. I did have a mild boost in energy initially and slept better first night, but it will take using it for severa lmonths or years a learning what is best for me in order to give the definitive story on it. If the liquid does not start pulling its weight, I will return it, as this one has better initial efficacy indicators, but as I say I started slow on both. Unlike many metal supplements, these do not trigger "metal" sensory experience at all. A barely hint the very first time but then not. They should not if yo uare absorbing them, so that is a matter of quality plus your dosage.

Supplements work
We have been using these for a few weeks now. My daughter said they don't taste great. I have definitely seen a change in the way she is acting! I was led to this supplement to support her nervous system. Happy to report no reactions. Just a dislike of the flavor. I like that they were not too expensive and there's a decent amount of them in the bottle. Would recommend.

High-end brand, great price for lg qty
I liked the brand it's super high end but also the price for this is affordable and the qty you get is for way more than 30 days, so that's one less thing that has to be re-ordered soon.

Overall good buy
I'm picky about the taste. These don't leave a bad taste in your mouth. Just started using so can't tell you if it is working. Came as pictured.
