One of the best natural anti-inflammatories
Solgar is reliable brand. I have been taking the Flaxseed oil for a while and I there is a noticeable change in my mood and hair/skin.

Best Flaxseed Oil I've Found
I have tried other brands of flaxseed oil, including liquid (not in capsules) ones. Solgar's seems to work the best for me. I take 4 capsules per day: 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. What I need it for is to help relieve dry eye. And it works. I can tell. Since it needs refrigeration once open (minus one leaf) I cannot take it on vacation and I feel it missing after a few days. However, that it needs refrigeration is probably a testament to the purity of the product. One bottle lasts me 25 days, so it is a bit expensive -- but I won't take a leaf off, since the product has been so good for me.

flaxseed oil great
I would recommend this product. I bought it to help my dry eyes per eye doctor and it really works good.
