Needed to help make B12 more effective
I had been taking sublingual methylcobalamin spray, but did not begin to get the full effect of it until I started taking folate, too. This pill, once daily, has significantly improved my energy levels as well as helped to reduce some of the tingling from my fingers from lacking B12 for so long.

Effective
Most supplements contain Folic Acid as opposed to Folate. Folic Acid is hard to digest and rarely ever utilized by our bodies. This Folate is already metabolized for you so it works the way your body intends it.
