broken in mail
I can't really review because I received this item broken and took multiple calling to Walmart before I was able to get refund.

Not swallowable and contains tree pulp
Cannot swallow and doesn't dissolve. Pills like pebbles hardness. Contains pine tree pulp in cellulose which is toxic for people with nut allergies. Company disclosed this filler ingredient.
