This has been helpful to my body's health. It has boosted my immune system and been helpful in preventing my cold sores, which is the main reason why I take it!

Love this product!!!
This product has kept my shingles in check for years. I take 2 capsules per day and have had NO breakouts or grey patches appear since I started taking it. Unfortunately, the 500 mg dose did not eliminate the problem, but 1,000 mg dose does. If I eat nuts which are high in Arginine, I sometimes have to take another 500 mg, just not very often.
