Been taking it for at least half a year. I know a lot of people are low on Vitamin D so I thought I'd take the liquid form because liquid absorbs faster and better than pills in general. My vitamin D didn't drop and it went up a little bit. Has no flavor. Doesnt taste bad nor does it leave an after taste

Bone health
D3 is maniditory for those of us who live where it snows. We can't always get enough D in the winter from the sun. It's good for your bones.
