Solgar Magnesium Citrate, 120 Tablets

Best Magnesium product, easily digested. I take 1 tablet (instead of recommended 2) bc I take it at night with Solgar Liquid Calcium which has the complimentary dose of Magnesium in it. Solgar Magnesium (and Solgar Liquid Calcium too) can be hard to find in stores, so thank you Swanson for supplying these great Solgar products.

Great brand and great value. Trust this brand for purity and efficacy.

Unfortunately out of the ordered two botttles, one was shattered when received. Had to refund and send back the damaged bottle. Solgar are good products.

This is a good magnesium for me. The quality is high and effective, and I really like the fact that they package it in a glass bottle.

It is posted as a 2 pack but that's not what I got! Very deceptive in my opinion, not sure what they mean by 2 pack if I don't get two bottles!!

After reading about how Magnesium citrate can help with staying regular, I tried this brand. I was previously using a blend of three types of magnesium that I got from Costco (they don't carry it anymore). Sadly it did absolutely nothing to help. The oblong tablets are huge and sometimes hard to swallow.
