Works great to speed up departures. When Parkinson's or other illness slows departures down, this will help. Much better than drinking that nasty Magnesium Citrate liquid.

Great quality I may say the best

I know Solgar has the highest production standards so I knew I was getting the best. This magnesium successfully helps me avoid leg cramps. The only complaint I have is that the pills are so big and I find them hard to swallow. The other brands I've tried are just as big and not as effective, so I will probably stick with this one.

I have used this product consistently for many, many years. However, I am reactively negatively to the recent reformation. I am not sure what had changed, but I never had an issue with the old product. Not sure why there was a change when it was such a wonderful product in the past! Please return to the old formulation! Your customers thank you!!

It has been a few years since you changed the size and formulation of the original magnesium citrate that I used for over ten years. Please bring back the original formula. I have tried many other products including your new formulation and am left unsatisfied.

Very disappointed with this NEW version of Magnesium Citrate I've used the ORIGINAL version for years. THEN it disappeared from everywhere i was overjoyed when it suddenly reappeared and excitedly bought a bottle THAT was YESTERDAY. it's completely different to the original. I'm planning to return this bottle. WHAT a waste of time and money . WHY was the original recipe that worked changed ?

After using this previously wonderful product for years, the new tablets are large, hard to swallow, leave a chalky aftertaste, and caused nausea/GI upset for days. This happened every when trying the new larger dose (also the older smaller dose worked just fine, if it ain't broke don't fix it). Please bring back the old formula, as I cannot tolerate this new one and will no longer use it. Thank you.

It's been about a year since I ran out of the old formulation of this product. The new formulation cause nausea, GI irritation, headache. Not sure what has changed, but my life has not been the same. I used the old product for years faithfully. Now have to discontinue and find a new brand. Please, please bring back the old formula!
