High potency with enhanced absorption
My husband and I take CoQ-10 every morning. While I love Solgar's many options, this is a fave, due to its high potency and enhanced absorption.

It works but it doesn't have the absorption that ubiquinol has

Now contains soy
Solgar supplements used to be free from soy. Unfortunately this item now contains soy lecithin which I didnt realize when I purchased it. I try to avoid eating soy products so this is disappointing. I had already opened the box it came in so could not return it.
