Solgar Melatonin, 10 mg, 60 Tablets

This is a good sleep product, the only problem i had was it would leave me a little sleepy in the mornings. I have also cut in half and that works well also. A time released tablet would be good.

Works well, effective quickly. Would like for it to last a bit longer but i doubt 20 mg melatonin could last more. Will definitely use again. Thank you

10 mg 2 hours before bed and the twilight zone is unencumbered. Good dreaming action. With recall. Very peaceful. It works - and so it should at this level of dosage.

Is very effective, helps me initially fall asleep, and allows me to go back to sleep easier when I wake up in the middle of the night

It's a bit pricey but works well and easy to swallow.

I bought this for the obvious reason, and the first time I took it, (about an hour before bedtime) it took me FOREVER to fall asleep. Didn't I stay asleep you ask? No. I did not. So I waited about a week, and tried it again, and I had my mom try it too. Same results for both of us. Took forever to go to sleep and woke up during the night. I do not recommend this product.
