I remember several customers at Mrs. Gooch's health food store say this brand is the "cadillac" of vitamins. It's true! I'm so grateful to find it and am noticing a real tangible difference compared to my previous fast melt in another brand.

MELATONIN WORKS!
My husband takes one every night to sleep better. There is no "hangover" feeling. Melatonin is something everyone produces in our body but less as we age.

I bought 10mg and take 2 a night. I am falling asleep quicker, but am still waking up thru the night just less often. I would say it helps.
