My favorite melatonin
These are tiny "nuggets" and I use them sublingually. It doesn't take long before I feel myself relaxing and then getting sleepy!

Melatonin 5 mg
I was recommended this product by a nurse friend and it works for me. I don't take it often but when l do it works for me. l previously got the 10mg but the 5mg is good. I gave some of the 10mg to my friends to try and they also liked this product.

Best sleep ever
Im loving my melatonin. I am sleeping so soundly! Even gave some to a friend who was dealing with severe insomnia and the first night she took one she slept right through the night and said she woke up feeling clear and normal again
